hard boiled eggs

Boiled red beet

kefir
salt
  • Step 1/2

    • 1 cucumbers
    • 1 hard boiled eggs
    • dill
    • 1 Boiled red beet

    Peel cucumbers and cut them to small cubes. Do that with the hard boiled eggs too. Cut finely the dill. Grate the beets. Finally, put everything in one big bowl.

  • Step 2/2

    • ½ l kefir
    • salt

    Now add kefir to the bowl. I usually use 0,5l simple kefir and 0,5l kefir specifically for cold beet soup. Add as much salt as you want.
