60 g red rice
70 g salmon sashimi
10 cherry tomatoes
baby avocado
½ cucumber
olive oil
pepper
yogurt salad dressing
chia seed
sesame seed

    • 60 g red rice

    Boil the water and put the rice,let it cook 20 minutes. Drain and let it cool.

  • Step 2/3

    • 10 cherry tomatoes
    • baby avocado
    • ½ cucumber
    • knife

    Cut avocado,cherry tomatoes and cocumber in small pieces.

  • Step 3/3

    • 70 g salmon sashimi
    • olive oil
    • pepper
    • yogurt salad dressing
    • chia seed
    • sesame seed

    Put all the ingredients on the rice and add condiments.
