Ingredients

Servings:-4+
4 tbsp butter
⅔ cup vodka
½ tsp Crush Red Pepper
28 fl oz Canned Crushed Tomato (TuttiRosa Preferred)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Utensils

  • wooden spoon / whisk
  • Step 1/4

    • 4 tbsp butter
    • ⅔ cup vodka
    • ½ tsp Crush Red Pepper

    Melt butter add vodka and red pepper simmer

  • Step 2/4

    • 28 fl oz Canned Crushed Tomato (TuttiRosa Preferred)
    • wooden spoon / whisk

    Add Crushes Tomato Boil/Cook on High 5 minutes (until thick)

  • Step 3/4

    • 1 cup heavy cream

    Add cream when it’s thick and thicken again

  • Step 4/4

    • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Add cheese and remove from heat
