Ingredients

2 tbsp
butter
cup
vodka
¼ tsp
Crush Red Pepper
14 fl oz
Canned Crushed Tomato (TuttiRosa Preferred)
½ cup
heavy cream
¼ cup
grated Parmesan cheese

Utensils

wooden spoon / whisk

  • Step 1/4

    • 2 tbsp butter
    • cup vodka
    • ¼ tsp Crush Red Pepper

    Melt butter add vodka and red pepper simmer

  • Step 2/4

    • 14 fl oz Canned Crushed Tomato (TuttiRosa Preferred)
    • wooden spoon / whisk

    Add Crushes Tomato Boil/Cook on High 5 minutes (until thick)

  • Step 3/4

    • ½ cup heavy cream

    Add cream when it’s thick and thicken again

  • Step 4/4

    • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Add cheese and remove from heat
