Roast pork loin with bell peppers
- 500 g pork loin
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp black peppercorn
- 2 tsp mixed herbs
- ½ tsp smoked paprika powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Rub pork loin with salt, olive oil, black peppers, smoked paprika powder, mixed herbs and garlic powder
Heat frying pan and add olive oil, then add marinated pork loin. Cook for about 5 minutes each side until golden brown.
Seasoning bell peppers with salt, mixed herb and olive oil
Place it in the baking dish with the pork loin and all the fat from the frying pan. Bake for about 30 minutes in 180C or until cook.
