Cook rice, follow instructions on the package. Cut chicken breast in mydium size cubes. Cut bell pepper, onion, tomato, mushrooms, in mydium size pieces but not too big. Grate cheese.
Take big bowl and add cooked rice, chicken cubes, all vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste, turmeric powder, chilli powder,coriander. Mix all ingredients with mayo and tomato paste.
Preheat oven to 200 temperature. Take baking pan and add all mixture, nicely spread it and cook it for 40 min. Then add grated cheese on top and cook for another 10 min.
