Avocado
cherry tomatoes

    • 2 slices bread
    • butter
    • nonstick pan

    Spread butter to both side of the bread, and toast it until golden brown with low - medium heat or use bread toaster.

    • cherry tomatoes
    • salt
    • pepper
    • knife
    • cutting board
    • bowl
    • fork

    Meanwhile, mashed avocado and season it with salt and pepper. Cut cherry tomatoes and set aside.

    • olive oil

    Fry egg with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4/4

    Spread mashed avocado to the toasted bread, put cherry tomatoes and fried egg. Enjoy!
