almond milk

blueberries (for garnish)

ground cinnamon (for dusting)

jam (for serving)
  • Step 1/3

    add all ingredients to a blender and blend (except blueberries, cinnamon and jam)
    • 80 g rolled oats
    • 4 tbsp yogurt
    • 2 egg
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 4 tbsp protein powder
    • 4 tbsp almond milk

    fry on a medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side

  • Step 3/3

    • 4 tbsp blueberries (for garnish)
    • 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for dusting)
    • 2 tsp jam (for serving)

    add to a plate, dust with cinnamon, add blueberries and jam, or any toppings of your choice, serve
