honey2 tsp
baking powder
4 tbsp
protein powder
4 tbsp
almond milk2 tsp
jam (for serving)
Step 1/3
- 80 g rolled oats
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 2 egg
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp protein powder
- 4 tbsp almond milk
add all ingredients to a blender and blend (except blueberries, cinnamon and jam)
Step 2/3
fry on a medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side
Step 3/3
- 4 tbsp blueberries (for garnish)
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for dusting)
- 2 tsp jam (for serving)
add to a plate, dust with cinnamon, add blueberries and jam, or any toppings of your choice, serve
