Potatoes Cheese Stick
Ingredients

- 800 g Fresh potatoes
First you need to peel the potatoes, then wash it and boil the potatoes till smooth
Step 2/4
- 7 tbsp Cornstarch powder
- 80 g Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Oregano leaves
Mash the potatoes till soft and grate the cheedar cheese. Next mix the soft potatoes with cheedar cheese, cornstarch powder, and oregano leaves
Step 3/4
Knead it until smooth, then put the dough in a small plastic (flatten the dough until it meets the plastic part), after that you should to cut the dough to make a shape and size
Step 4/4
Fry the dough until it's not sticky and has a golden color. Remove and drain if cooked. Finally, potatoes cheese stick is ready to serve
