russet potatos

onion diced
1 cup
half and half
2 tbsp
corn starch
¼ tsp
tsp pepper
3 tbsp
butter
1 tsp
salt
  • Step 1/3

    dice potatos and onion and cover with water. bring to boil. boil for 12 min. set timer.

  • Step 2/3

    put half and half and c starch in measuring cup. add salt and pepper. wisk well. Add butter to potatos and onion.

  • Step 3/3

    remove from heat after 12 minutes and add half and half, whisk well. Add some butter and ENJOY!!!
