    • 6 tbsp vinegar
    • 8 cups water

    Fill the pot with water. Then put in the salt and vinegar into the pot .

    • 4 eggs

    Put the pot on the stove, heat the water up to 190-200. When water is heated up to 190-200 stir the water so that it looks like a tornado, then break the eggs into the pot.

    • 4 scoops arugula
    • Spoon

    Wait 4 minutes, in those 4 minutes get the arugula and place it on a plate. Get the biggest spoon you can and take the poached eggs and place them on the arugula.

    Garnish with the salt and pepper, enjoy!
