Pizza dough in Bread Machine

Step 1/4
- 480 ml water
- 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 792 g Strong white bread flour
- 2 tsp Fast action yeast
Put all the ingredients in your BREAD MACHINE, and set to Prog 8.
Step 2/4
Take out of bread machine and let rise for 10-15 mins.

Proceed to kneed, then roll with a rolling pin and flour- Then have fun decorating!
Step 4/4
If your dough doesn’t come out 100 percent white, it will probably turn out white after COOKED again with the toppings on. So make sure after putting on toppings you cook the pizza in your oven
