Ingredients

500 g Italian 00 flour
200 g water
100 g milk
20 g extra-virgin olive oil
1 tea bag active dry yeast
10 g salt
10 g sugar

  • 3 stand mixers with dough hooks
  • Step 1/5

    • 200 g water
    • 100 g active dry yeast
    • 20 g extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 tea bag active dry yeast
    • 10 g sugar
    • stand mixer with dough hook

    Pour water, milk, oil, sugar and yeast in the blender and mix.

    • 500 g Italian 00 flour
    • 10 g salt
    • stand mixer with dough hook

    Pour the flower and the salt in the mixer

  • Step 3/5

    • stand mixer with dough hook

    Mix the flower and salt with the liquid for 1 minute at medium velocity

  • Step 4/5

    Take out the dough and place it in a oven tray greasy if oil and atra massaging it for maximum 10 min.

  • Step 5/5

    Let i rest for at least 1 our covered with a cotton sheet and then use for either bread or pizza
