400 ml peas (frozen)
100 g feta cheese
200 ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

  • garlic press
  • blender
  • Step 1/3

    • 400 ml peas (frozen)
    • bowl

    In a bowl, defrost the peas to room temperature

  • Step 2/3

    • garlic press

    Press the garlic gloves and add to the bowl with peas

  • Step 3/3

    • blender

    Put all other ingredients in the bowl and use the blender until you have a nice structure (not too smooth)
