Peach Gin Iced Tea
"In summer, we need drinks that help us forget the heat for a minute – which is why we created this recipe. Peach Iced Tea is already a good alternative to an ice bath, but with a shot of gin, the whole thing becomes a real summer party. We keep it simple and use ready-bought peach syrup (here the quality is crucial for the drink’s taste) but it’s even better with homemade syrup like the one in Ruby’s recipe for a classic Peach Iced Tea."
