Cut the watermelon into bite-sized triangles or cubes and remove seeds if desired. Coarsely crumble the feta with your hands or cut it into small cubes.

Arrange the watermelon slices on a plate. Evenly distribute the prepared feta and the olives over the watermelon.

- ½ tbsp balsamic glaze
- 5 g basil
Drizzle the balsamic glaze in thin lines over the salad. Finally, top with basil leaves (whole or coarsely torn) and serve immediately.
