Ingredients

3 tbsp
butter
¾ cup
Parmesan cheese
2 cups
heavy cream
½ tsp
Dry mustard
¼ tsp
cayenne pepper
¼ tsp
salt

Utensils

  • Step 1/ 5

    • 3 tbsp butter

    Melt butter in saucepan

  • Step 2/ 5

    • whisk

    Add flour and whisk until combined

  • Step 3/ 5

    • ½ tsp Dry mustard
    • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
    • whisk

    Add dry mustard and cayenne and continue to whisk

  • Step 4/ 5

    • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese
    • whisk

    Add Parmesan and whisk until melted.

  • Step 5/ 5

    • 2 cups heavy cream
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • whisk

    Slowly add in heavy cream and whisk until smooth. Add salt.
