Melt butter in saucepan

Add flour and whisk until combined

- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Add dry mustard and cayenne and continue to whisk

- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese
- whisk
Add Parmesan and whisk until melted.

- 2 cups heavy cream
- ¼ tsp salt
- whisk
Slowly add in heavy cream and whisk until smooth. Add salt.
