Boil the pasta in salted water.
Chop up the onion, half the tomatoes, and cut the black cabbage into strips. Fry in a pan with some oil. Crush the garlic cloves and add them to the pan.
When onion and tomatoes are soft, add the wine and veggie broth.
Once wine has started to reduce, add the crushed tomatoes. Add salt, pepper and chili.
Drain the spagetti, but keep some of the pasta water and add it into the pan togerher with the pasta.
Once the pasta sauce is boiling and has started to get slightly thicker, add in the cream and let boil.
Once your pasta is creamy enough to your satisfaction, top the dish with some parmesan cheese, and then it’s ready to eat!
