Melt the butter in a pan.

- 150 g Ricotta or sheep cheese
Add cheese.
Step 3/4
- 4 Eggs
Add eggs. Break yolks. Stir after 2-3 minutes.
Step 4/4
- Salt and pepper if needed
- 3 tbsp Fresh or dried dill
Sprinkle dill. Stir again. Ready in 2 minutes.
