One Pot Cream Chicken

Slice button mushrooms and onions. Crush garlic. Cut up parsely. Cut chicken into bite size.
- 500 g boneles chicken leg or chicken breast
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- frying pan
Fry chicken: Add oil and butter in the pan with medium heat. Cook skin side first, then flip. Fry each side for 2 minutes until golden brown. Then take the chicken out.
- 2 cloves garlic
Without washing the pan, fry garlic and onions. When you smell the aroma, put mushrooms in and fry for 2 minutes.
Add white wine, put chicken back in the pan. Add thyme. Cook for 20 minutes until tender.
- ground black peppercorn
Put cream in and cook for another 5 minutes. When it's done, taste it and season with salt and pepper.
- parsley (for decorating)
Garnish with parsely. This dish goes well with pasta!
