One-pot Chicken with Mushroom and White Wine sauce
"This is one of those easy recipes that are always a win, one of my personal favourites and according to my friends, an “expensive restaurant flavour”. In this recipe, the Soy cream makes it lighter, and a nice White Wine and Olive Oil are the flavour boosters, but Dairy cream, cooking Wine and Vegetable oil will also be delicious. Step 1/6
- 1 chicken breast
- 200 g mixed mushrooms
- 1 onion
First, we will chop the Mushrooms, Onion and Chicken breast.
Step 2/6
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- oregano
- nonstick pan
Now we will take our favourite pan and add Olive oil with the medium fire on, which we will keep during all the process. Add the onion and some oregano when is not hot yet.

- 100 ml white wine
When the onion is smelling good and cooked, let’s add the mushrooms and stir till they’re half cooked, when we will add the wine and wait for it to evaporate the alcohol.
Step 4/6
- 100 ml soy cream
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt
After a few minutes, when we already start seeing the sauce texture, let’s add the chicken, salt, pepper, a splash of soy sauce to taste and the soy cream.
Step 5/6
Stir with the medium / low fire until the texture is creamy and delicious.
Step 6/6
Serve, pour some of that wine on a glass and enjoy!
