Ingredients

200 g
rice

Egg
100 g
sugar
½ tbsp
Salt
100 ml
Milk
2 tbsp
Cocoa powder
Step 1/ 4
Soak the rice overnight, the previous day in a bowl with water.
Step 2/ 4
- 200 g rice
- 100 ml Milk
In a blender, add the rice & milk, and pulse until rice is broken down into tiny pieces.
Step 3/ 4
- 2 Egg
- 100 g sugar
- ½ tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
Now, add the remaining ingredients & pulse until well combined batter is formed. Its okay if the batter is runny.
Step 4/ 4
In a pre-heated waffle iron, pour the batter & cook for 5mins.
