- olive oil
- ⅓ onion
- ⅔ clove garlic
Add onion and garlic to a frying pan with some olive oil and let cook on medium heat until soft, approx 5 minutes.
- 116⅔ g bacon
Add bacon and continue cooking on medium heat until soft, approx 5 minutes.
- 266⅔ ml cream
Add cream and simmer on medium for approx. 3 min.
- 2⅔ olomouc cheese
- 200 g rigatoni
- ⅔ pinch salt
When the cream is warm add the Olomouc cheese and pinch of salt - let dissolve on medium heat. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.
Mix pasta with sauce and toss to combine well. Serve pasta in a large bowl. Enjoy!
