"This is a real classic and probably the fastest cake you can make. If you love Nutella and have a microwave, you should definitely give this treat a try. Mix a few simple ingredients together, pop it in the microwave at 600W and you'll be enjoying a chocolaty, fluffy dessert in no time. It's best to use a large, microwave-safe mug or bowl to prevent an unnecessary mess. Top with a little whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for the perfect combination. Now you'll never have to go without freshly baked cake again! Best enjoyed immediately after "baking" or consumed the next day at the latest. To do this, reheat the cup cake in the microwave for a few seconds. Enjoy!"

    • 4 tbsp sugar
    • 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 4 tbsp milk
    • 2 tbsp nutella®
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 2 egg
    • salt
    • cup (large)

    First, mix all the dry ingredients together. Then add the wet ingredients and mix well.

    Bake the mug cake for approx. 2 min. in the microwave at 600W. After baking, remove the mug cake from the microwave and test with a wooden skewer (or a toothpick) to see if the cake is cooked through. If not, microwave in 5-second intervals until cooked through. Spoon directly from the cup and enjoy.
