Ingredients

Servings:-6+
½ kg Flour
eggs
150 g Sugar
½ tsp Baking powder
1 pinch Salt
250 g Peanut
½ tsp nutmeg
  • Step 1/8

    Measure the flour and sieve it into a bowl

  • Step 2/8

    Add salt , baking powder and nutmeg to the flour

  • Step 3/8

    In a separate bowl add egg and sugar also mix it properly

  • Step 4/8

    Add groundnut or peanut in a separate bowl

  • Step 5/8

    Sprinkle a little bit of the egg mixture onto the peanut and mix properly

  • Step 6/8

    Add a little of the flour mixture to the peanut and mix properly

  • Step 7/8

    Separate any joined peanut , then repeat steps 5 and 6 on till all the mixtures are no more

  • Step 8/8

    Then heat your oil to a moderate temperature then add the peanut and fry the peanut on till it is golden brown
