- 2⅔ oz Fontina cheese
- ⅛ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2⅔ oz mozzarella cheese
Grate Parmesan, mozzarella, and fontina cheese into bowl.￼
- 4 oz elbow macaroni

Make elbows according to directions on package.
- ⅔ cups heavy cream
- ⅞ cups milk
- ⅓ tbsp flour
- ⅔ tbsp parsley leaves
Place strained macaroni ￼into large bowl. Mix in cream, milk, flour, parsley leaves, salt, three quarters of the cheese mix, and pepper into the bowl and stir.￼
Grease baking pan using butter.￼

Place macaroni mix into the baking pan. Spread the rest of the cheese evenly on top of the macaroni.￼
Bake at 450F for 25 mins.
