Muesli energy bites

- 20 g soft dates
- ⅛ tsp honey
- ⅛ tsp salt
- blender
Place the dates, honey, and a pinch of salt into a blender or food processor. Blend until a sticky, smooth paste forms.
Step 2/3
- 17 g berry muesli
- bowl
Transfer the date paste to a bowl and add the berry muesli. Mix well until the muesli is evenly incorporated. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for approx. 30 min. to make it easier to handle.
Step 3/3
Using your hands, shape the chilled mixture into small, uniform balls. Store the energy balls in a cool place until ready to eat.
