Mom’s mushroom stew
2 cutting boards, 2 knives, sieve, pot, wooden spoon
- 1 bulbs onions
- 1 cutting board
- 1 knife
Cut the onions and add them into a bowl

Wash the mushrooms and cut them as you would like, I will cut them into big pieces.
I have home made red belly pepper mixed with salt. But you can cut the belly pepper into small pieces and add it to a bowl.
If cannot find cooking sauce you can get 200 ml of milk and combine it with 2 spoons of flour.
- 25 ml olive oil

Into a pot add the olive oil and the onions. Wait until the onion turns into a golden color. Once and then stir the onion not to get burned.
- ¼ slice red bell pepper
After the onion has golden color, add the red belly pepper and stir again. When the ingredients are mixed move to the next step.
- 250 g Fresh Champignon
- 100 g water
After everything is mixed add the mushrooms and water to almost cover our ingredients as it can be seen in the photo.
After half an hour the mushrooms will be covered with water because they contain also water. Now we wait for another 30 minutes for the water to evaporate throw boiling.
- ½ pinch salt
- ½ pinch dried oregano
- ½ pinch dried basil
- 100 ml Cooking cream
After another half an hour most of the water disappeared and we add the cooking sauce, salt basil and oregano and you cook it for 5 minutes stirring continuously.
After 5 minutes, the stew is ready
