Mommas Famous Power Balls
Ingredients
Step 1/4
- ⅛ cup Shredded coconut
Toast coconut in a pan until golden brown, and let sit until cools to room temperature
Step 2/4
- ⅜ cups rolled oats
- ¼ cups Peanut butter
- ⅛ cup Honey
- ⅛ cup Chocolate chips
- ⅛ cup chopped walnut
- ⅛ cup chia seed
- ⅛ cup Ground flax seed
- ⅛ cup Shredded coconut
Combine all ingredients into large mixing bowl. Stir with wooden spoon or kneed with hands until all ingredient are fully combined
Step 3/4
Scoop out about 2-3 tablespoons of mixture and form into balls. Continue process until all of the mixture is used up.
Step 4/4
Store in large container. Can be placed in pantry or refrigerator
