Cook cabbage and zucchini (sprinkle salt) in medium for 15 mins, Add spinach and turn off the heat, put on the lid.
Cook 100-150g of bulgur with double the amount of water and little salt. Rinse bulgur in cold water when done and drain all the water.
Add cooked bulgur to the prepared zucchini and cabbage mix. Add Turkish yogurt, all seasoning, lime juice, diced cucumber and bell paper. Mix it well and the dish is ready. Enjoy
