rolled oats

water

vegetable broth

onion
1 tbsp
chia seed
1 tbsp
psyllium husk
  • Step 1/1

    Put the rolled oats in a bowl and add some warm water until covered. Mash the oats with a fork and add the onion chopped, the chia seeds, psyllium husk, vegetable broth crumbled and the egg. Mix the preparation and wait 5 minutes for the oats swelling. Put 1 tbsp of sunflower oil onto a pan and add the preparation with a tbsp to make the meatballs. Fry and return at mid cooking. Enjoy !
