Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef- 80% lean, 20% fat
eggs
2 cloves garlic
½ cup onion
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp salt
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Italian seasoning

    Preheat oven to 350

  • Step 2/5

    Finely chop the onion and garlic

  • Step 3/5

    • 2 lbs ground beef- 80% lean, 20% fat
    • eggs
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • ½ cup onion
    • 1 tsp Black pepper
    • 2 tsp salt
    • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
    • 1 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
    • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning

    Mix together all ingredients

    Roll into small 3/4 inch balls and put in lightly greased glass pan

    Put the meatball in the oven for 30 minutes
