    Chop 1 onion and the garlics. Fry them together in a pan with olive oil until it gets a gold color.

    • 1⅓ slices white bread
    • 26⅔ ml milk

    Put the bread slices in a bowl and add the milk until it is absorbed.

    • 133⅓ g ground beef
    • 133⅓ g ground pork

    In a big bowl, mix properly the pork and beef meat, the cooked onion and garlic from step 1, the egg and the bread from step 2 and salt and pepper.

    Make round balls with the mix of step 3. Coat them with flour. Fry them at high temperature in the same pan we used in step 1. Take them out and reserve.

    • 133⅓ ml red wine
    • tbsp tomato sauce

    In the same pan as previous step, add the chopped onion and cook. Add the wine and cook for a few minutes to evaporate the alcohol. Add the meatballs and the tomato sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.

    • 233⅓ ml broth

    Add the broth until the meatballs are covered. Cook around 12 min medium temperature.

  • Step 7/7

    Take out the meatballs and reduce the sauce until desired. Once the sauce its done, add the meatballs again and serve.
