Ingredients

6 oz Chicken Fajita strips
½ cup Fancy Cut Green Beans
¼ cup Lemon Juice
2 pinches Onion Powder, Ranch seasoning, & chicken seasoning
1 cup brown rice
1 bag Bag of whole okra

    • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
    • 2 pinches Onion Powder, Ranch seasoning, & chicken seasoning

    Turn oven on over medium and boil the lemon juice and seasonings in a skillet

    • 6 oz Chicken Fajita strips

    After pan gets a little dry add the chicken fajita strips (may add more lemon juice)

    • ½ cup Fancy Cut Green Beans
    • 1 cup brown rice

    After stir frying for a few minutes add green beans and rice in this step (any seasonings already mentioned may add more to dish) and stir fry for 5-7 minutes.

    • 1 bag Bag of whole okra

    For 10-15 minutes, boil the okra in a pan on over medium in warm water. Be careful to not let the water run over!! (Okra gets slimy when boiled) 😉
