Layered glass cake
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
Preheat your oven at 180 °C. Bake a cake: Whisk the whole eggs with sugar until stiff peaks, Can last 10min. Than add the flour and softly mix. Pour your dough to the tray and bake 25min or until completly done.
- 75 g apricots
Prepare the apricot jam: cut your apricots to small pieces and let them cook until mushy consisctency. Can add a dash of sweetner for taste. Let them cool down.
- 200 ml cream
Whisk cream until stiff peaks. It is better when it is cold
- 1 tbsp amaretto
- 25 ml coffee (cold)
Mix coffee with amaretto
Layering the cake: cut your cake to small pieces and put first layer to glasses. On tiramisu add 2tbsp of your coffee mixture. On apricot add apricot jam. Than add the cream to every glass and repeat until the glass are filled. On tiramisu you can add a dash of cacao and on the other one you can add chopped apricot.
Let the cakes chill in the fridge at least 1 hour or over night. ENJOY!!!
