Cook ground chicken and onion
Add tomato sauce to meat and onions, add garlic powder (and any additional spices you want)
Cover the bottom of lasagna pan with thin layer of tomato sauce and lay three noodles down
Add first layer of sauce mixture, then add another layer of noodles
Cover noodles with a layer of cottage cheese, then sprinkle mozzarella over cottage cheese
Continue adding layers, alternating between sauce mixture and cheese, ending with the final layer being sauce mixture
Preheat oven to 375F and bake for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, take of dish and add thin layer of mozzarella cheese then bake for 5 extra minutes
Let sit for awhile (optional)
