Korean-style Pork Ribs with Cheese

- 5 pork ribs
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine (for marinating)
- 2 tbsp gochujang (for marinating)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (for marinating)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (for marinating)
- 1 tbsp honey (for marinating)
- 1 drop garlic paste (for marinating)
Mix all the sauces together to marinate the pork ribs for at least 4 hours (one night is the best!)
Step 2/5
- 2 drops cooking oil
Add some oil in the pan and cook through the pork ribs. Then wipe the excess oil

- 200 g mozzarella cheese
Evenly spread the mozzarella around pork ribs

Wait till mozzarella is melted, it is ready to eat!

Serve the ribs and cheese together
