200 g mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine (for marinating)
2 tbsp gochujang (for marinating)
1 tbsp soy sauce (for marinating)
1 tbsp sesame oil (for marinating)
1 tbsp honey (for marinating)
1 drop garlic paste (for marinating)
2 drops cooking oil

    Mix all the sauces together to marinate the pork ribs for at least 4 hours (one night is the best!)
