6 tbsp light soy sauce
4 tbsp dark soy sauce
8 tbsp brown sugar
250 ml water
½ clove garlic

    washed potato, peel skin off and cut into cube size. boiled in hot water for 10 minutes, drained it.

    put oliver oil into pan with medium heat, fried 2 tbsp of minced garlic until light brown color.

    put 20% cooked potato inside the pan, fried it with minced garlic until light brown color.

    pour soy sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce and half cup of water to cook for 20 minutes with minimum heat.
