    cut kimichi and onion into cube shape

    washed and drained corn and peas.

  • Step 4/11

    washed rice and drained, put rice and 700 ml water into rice cooker. press button.

    put olive oil into pan, stired fried onions with brown sugar until soft.

    put roast pork and minced garlic inside and mixed it.

    put frozen peas and corns inside, cook until soft

  • Step 8/11

    • 250 ml kimchi
    • 500 ml sushi rice

    put cooked rice and kimichi into pan and mixed it well for 5 minutes

    put 250 ml water inside to cook it with medium heat for 5 minutes. keep stirring with chopsticks.

    put Gochujang, soy sauce, salt and black pepper inside and mixed it well

    Once the rice is evenly coated with the seasoning, turn up the heat high and continue to fry the rice, turning occasionally. Mix in the sesame oil and the optional sesame seeds at the end.
