butter

sweetened condensed milk
50 g
black cocoa powder
120 g
Milo powder
118 ml
water
½ tsp
salt
1 tsp
vanilla extract

Utensils

bowl, nonstick pan, 5 whisks

    • 540 g Biskut Marie
    • bowl

    Break the biscuits into small pieces

  • Step 2/9

    • 200 g butter
    • nonstick pan

    Heat the butter inside a nonsticky pan.

  • Step 3/9

    • 153 g sweetened condensed milk
    • whisk

    Insert the sweetened condensed milk. And whisk it gently.

    • 1 egg (for thickening)
    • whisk

    Insert egg to the mixture and keep on whisking so it won’t stick.

  • Step 5/9

    • 50 g black cocoa powder
    • 120 g Milo powder
    • whisk

    Add the cocoa powder and the milo powder to the mixture and whisk gently

    • 118 ml water
    • whisk

    Add hot water to the mixture and let it heat up for a while.

    • ½ tsp salt
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • whisk

    Finally add the salt and the vanilla extract to the mixture and whisk it till it become firm and nicely mixed.

  • Step 8/9

    Finally insert the biscuits to the mix and stir it so it will mix well with the mixture. Keep on mixing till the biscuits absorbs all the mixture.

    Chill it down in the freezer for 3-4 hours
