Ingredients

1 tbsp
white agar
1 tbsp
sugar
1 cup
water
Syrup (ex. maple)

Utensils

whisk, Stove, Pan, pot, round ice mold

  • Step 1/10

    • 1 tbsp white agar
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • whisk

    Put the agar and sugar into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

    • 1 cup water
    • Stove
    • Pan

    Pour water into a pan. Set pan onto of a stove on high.

    Add agar-sugar mixture.

    Set pan on low for 2 minutes.

    Take a large pot and fill it with ice water. Transfer your pan on top of the bowl and let it sit there for 3 minutes.

    • 1 strawberry
    • round ice mold

    Take a 1 strawberry and cut off its stem. Put it into a round ice mold.

    Pour mixture into the ice mold so that it is not overflowing (fill about half way).

    Put the lid on top of your mold and let it chill for at least 15 minutes.

    Carefully remove your cake from the mold. Pour syrup (I used maple) on your cake.
