|60 ml||lemon juice (1 large lemon)|
|Small garlic clove minced|
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|½ tsp||Cumin powder|
|3 tbsp||Cold water|
Add the tahini and fresh lemon juice in a processor to blended together until mixed. Stop the processor in between to scrape the excess off.
Add the oil, ground cumin, salt and garlic clove in the food processor. Stop the food processor and scrape the sides of back in the centre when you process the food.
Next you add in half of the chickpeas. Stop the processor in between to scrape the sides again.
Just add in the rest of the chickpeas and process until nice and smooth. Pour in the water while it’s blending to keep it smooth.
