Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add some oil, let it heat up, then add the meatballs. Cook until golden on all sides (approx. 2 min. on each side) and cooked through (approx. 15 min. total) using tongs to turn them all around.
To braise meatballs in a sauce, pan fry them until golden brown on all sides, then transfer to the hot sauce and let cook until cooked through.
