Honey Broiled Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
Step 1/7
- ⅛ cup honey
- ⅛ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ⅛ cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- ½ tbsp white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ⅜ tsp minced ginger
In a shallow bowl combine and mix well

- 2 chicken thighs
- salt
- pepper
Pat chicken dry with paper towel. Trim excess fat. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer into bowl with other ingredients. Put into refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).

Preheat oven to 425 F
Step 4/7
Put chicken and marinade to a cast iron skillet or baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Make sure to flip chicken twice while baking.

Broil for 5 minutes

Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds
Step 7/7
Serve with rice or noodles
