homemade tomato sauce

Step 1/2

• 6 tomatoes
• olive oil

• pot

add a splash of olive oil to pot then cut up six tomatoes into squares and then add five of the tomatos in to the pot

• water

cook the tomatoes for 10 minutes or until easily smashed then add th remaining tomato if sauce is to thick add water and let simmer and add salt and pepper to taste and optional to add basil or oregano
