|100 g||cream cheese|
|1 tbsp||caraway seeds|
Cube Camembert. In a large bowl, whip butter until fluffy. Add cream cheese and cubed Camembert and mash and mix together. Add caraway seeds, paprika, and salt and mash and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a serving bowl.
Finely slice red onion and chives, and garnish Obatzda spread. Finely slice radishes and use as another garnish. Enjoy with soft pretzels or store in the fridge without garnishes!
