  •  tsp allspice
  • 3 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp black peppercorns
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • food processor
  • airtight container

Add salt, chili flakes, allspice, fennel seeds, black peppercorns, sugar, garlic powder, and sweet paprika to a food processor and process thoroughly. Store in an airtight container and enjoy with a variety of seafood dishes!

  • 3 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp pepper corns
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
  • airtight container
  • blender

Add salt, chili, allspice, fennel seeds, peppercorns, sugar, garlic powder, and sweet paprika powder to a blender and pulse until spices are mixed well and roughly equal-sized. Marinade or season fish or seafood with it, then store the rest in an airtight container. Enjoy!
