Juice lemon. Add cream, milk, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla sugar to a pot over low heat. Whisk until sugar dissolves.
Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring often to avoid burning. Continue to simmer for approx. 3 – 4 hrs., or until thick and until amber colored. Enjoy with baked goods!
