- 100 g bread

Melt butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Halve bread lengthwise and cut into cubes. Add to frying pan and season with salt and pepper.

Fry bread cubes for 5 - 10 min., stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Place on paper towel to remove excess fat. Enjoy with soups and salads!
