Homemade Cevapcici

- ½ onion
- 1 cloves garlic
- ¼ bunch parsley
- 250 g mixed ground meat (pork and beef)
- ½ tsp ground paprika
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1½ tbsp sparkling water
- salt
- pepper

Dice onion and finely mince garlic. Finely chop parsley. add ground meat, diced onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, ground paprika, smoked paprika, baking powder, and sparkling water in a bowl and knead until combined.

- ajvar for serving

Roll meat into sausages the size of a thumb. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add Cevapcici to pan and fry for approx. 6–8 min., turning occasionally. Serve with ajvar. Enjoy!
