Homemade aioli

- ⅔ cloves garlic
- ⅔ egg yolks
- ⅓ tsp mustard
- ⅓ tsp lemon juice
- ⅓ tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- cutting board
- knife
- liquid measuring cup (large)
- immersion blender
Peel and roughly chop garlic cloves. Transfer to a large measuring cup. Add egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice, withe wine vinegar, salt, and pepper and blend thoroughly with an immersion blender.
Step 2/ 2
- 41⅔ ml vegetable oil
Slowly add vegetable oil to measuring cup while blending. Enjoy as an aromatic dip for crudité or swipe onto sandwiches!
